Judy Rhea Young Vick

Judy Rhea Young Vick, 72, of San Angelo, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 23, 2017 in San Angelo. Judy was born May 17, 1945 in Lynwood, California to Ollie Young and Velma Thigpen Young. She grew up in San Angelo Texas and graduated from Central High School. Judy traveled the world as a Navy Wife, and lived many places, her favorite was Hawaii. Judy returned home to San Angelo in 1980. She went to work for Ethicon in 1982 and retired from there after 20 years. In her spare time, she loved watching classic movies, playing with her little dogs and collecting nick-knacks from all over the world. Judy was also an avid reader and loved murder mysteries and vampire stories. She was a loving daughter and mother who devoted her life to her family and her life and love will live on in our hearts forever! Judy was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, one son and a brother. She is survived by her Son, Stephen Vick and his wife Christina, of San Angelo; her 3 Grandchildren, Sion, Logan and Lillyan; her brother, J.D. Young and his wife Gloria, of San Angelo; and numerous other family members and close friends. The Memorial Service will be 7:00 P.M., Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Harper Funeral Home Chapel.
