Alvina "Vina" Morales Donaker

Alvina "Vina" Morales Donaker, 58, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 29, 2018. Vina was born on March 22, 1960 to Reginald F. Morales and Josephine Romero Morales. Alvina married the love of her life, James E. Donaker, on May 21, 1982, in San Angelo, Texas. She graduated from Central High School then attended Angelo State University and University of Phoenix. During her career, Vina worked at several business's including GTE/Verizon, San Angelo ISD, and the Noelke and Templeton Law Firm. She enjoyed DJing, gardening, dancing, singing in the choir, playing guitar, sewing, crafting and loving animals. Alvina was a loving daughter, sister, wife, and mother who adored her family and devoted her life to them. Her legacy of love for her family will live on in our hearts forever and we will dearly miss her. She was preceded in death by her father, Reginald F. Morales Sr., and her grandmothers, Virginia, and Alvina. Survivors include her husband, Jim Donaker of San Angelo, daughters, Krista M. Donaker and Fiance Kenneth Birt, Jr. of Great Bend, KS, and Kyndal I. Donaker of Austin, TX; Her mother, Josephine Morales of San Angelo; her brothers, Michael Morales and wife Karley, and Reginald Morales, Jr., of San Angelo; her sister, Libby Rossman and husband Wade, of Wesley Chapel, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews, a host of cousins and many friends. She is also survived by her special puppies "Roo", and "Kaylee". An open visitation and viewing will be Wednesday, May 2, 2018, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm at Harper Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 3, 2018, at 2:00 pm at Harper Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
