Chase Austen Blanek

Chase Austen Blanek, 38, passed peacefully at his home in Christoval, TX, on March 4, 2021. Graveside services will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, in San Angelo, TX. Chase loved the construction business, building residential homes, and commercial buildings with his dad. He loved his many friends and co-workers, especially Al Newell and Vincente Martinez. Chase loved traveling, especially to Hawaii and Europe with his mom. Chase attended Christoval Elementary and Middle School and graduated from Central High School. He attended the University of Hawaii at Monoa and graduated from Texas Tech University. Survivors include his mother, Kathy Seidel, father, Louis J, Blanek, Jr., brother, Colin Blanek and nephew Caymen Blanek, uncle, Stuart Seidel (C. Ann), aunt, Beverly Whitehead (Jimmy), aunt, Cheryl Lock (Tommy), Vicki McCollum (Don), special great aunt, Earniestine Lange, and many cousins and friends. Preceding him in death are his brother, Ryle Davis Blanek, grandparents, Eavarist and Leona Seidel, and Louis J. Blanek, Sr. and Bernice Kilgore.
