Cleo Lillian Owen

Cleo Lillian Owen, age 82, of San Angelo passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2018. She was born to the late Fred and Bonnie Peitchinsky on My 9, 1936 in Carrizo Springs, TX. She married the love of her life Milton E. Owen on September 12. 1957. She was a loving mother of 4 children and always put her family first, her love of life were her grandkids, and they would always have a story to tell and made many memories. She loved her church and spent many hours in the church nursery, loving and rocking the babies. She is survived by her children Terry Stracener and spouse Glenn, Randall Owen and spouse Sherry, Kristi Kennemer and spouse Randy and Robin Keefe. Grandchildren: Jimmy Reeves, Brooke Stracener and fiance Daniel Huerta, Michael Owen, Brittney Albers and Jason Albers, Brandon Stracener and spouse Marci, and 13 great grandchildren; and sister in law Becky Peitchinsky; and many nieces, nephews, and special friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Owen; Grandson Bryan Owen and son in law, Frank Keefe as well as one sister and 3 brothers. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 from 5:00- 7:00pm at Harper Funeral Home. A reception lunch will be provided at 11:30 AM at the church before the service. The Funeral service will be on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Grace Temple Baptist at 2:00 PM, with burial to follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Alzheimers Association.
