Daniel Delvin Michael, 48, of San Angelo went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 13, 2017 in San Angelo. Daniel was born August 25, 1969 in Pomona, California to Deryl Douglas and Claire Irene Tennant Michael. Daniel was a truck driver by profession and worked for Butts Recycling Company. He was a loving and kind husband, father and grandfather who devoted his life to his family. Other than being on the road with his bike, he loved spending time with his grandchildren, sitting on the front porch swing with his wife and building stuff in his shop. He also loved playing Xbox One with his brother online. Daniel had a peaceful, easy spirit and was a tremendous influence in people’s lives. He always put others needs ahead of his own and was always ready to lend a hand to anyone. His kind, patient and loving spirit will remain in our hearts forever and we will dearly miss him! Daniel was preceded in death by his Parents. He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Proctor, of San Angelo; his son who he adored, Cameron Martin Michael, of Salt Lake City, UT; his Step-son, Andrew Mulkey and his wife Melissa, of San Angelo; his step-daughter, Ashley Alwine and her husband Andrew, of Miles, TX; 5 Grandchildren, Bryden Mulkey, Aiyden Alwine, Chase Jones, Casey Jones and Nathan Jones; 3 sisters, Aileen Toler, of Yuma, AZ, Melanie Michael, of Yuma, AZ, Kathy Peters and her husband Don, of Fort Jones, CA; 3 Brothers, Deryl Michael and his wife Noel, Baton Rouge, LA, Jerry Michael and his wife Sumedha, of Fontana, CA, and Darrin Michael and his girlfriend Lynette, of Missouri; and 2 Step-sisters, Candace Gentile and Reba Norman, both of California. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other family members and close friends. A private memorial service will be held.
