Dr. William Truman Hickman

Dr. W.T. Hickman 77, of San Angelo went to be with his Lord Saturday March 31 2018 . A wake service will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Friday April 6, at Harper Funeral Home. A celebration of his life service will be held at 10:00 am Saturday at First Presbyterian Church. Dr. Hickman was born March 2, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois to Owen Richard and Cleo Parker Hickman. He married Sheryl Janice Parks December 17, 1998. Dr. Hickman was an evangelist minister nationwide for over fifty years as well as pastoring his local Maranatha Church of God in Christ here in San Angelo for over thirty eight years. He will be greatly missed by his congregation and many friends. Survivors include his wife Sheryl Janice Hickman, two daughters Mrs. Tammy Richmond, and Victoria Madden, four sons, Jamal Hickman, Trevin Hickman, William (Bino) Hickman Jr., William Anderson, step-children Delcass’e Jones, Micah D. Jones, Mrs. Jene’e Boyd, Mrs. Stephanie Woods four sisters Juanita Duncan, June Turner, Betty Hickman, Pearl Hutchens, and six grandchildren.
