Survivors include her son Tom Gardiner and wife Virginia of San Angelo, granddaughter Lisa and her husband Hector Rios of Del Rio, grandson Jason and his wife Andrea Gardiner of Nashville, Tenn., 6 special great grandchildren Destiny, Jackson, Gabriel, Ali, Desiree, and Alyssa; as well as special nieces and nephews overseas. The family would like to thank Cedar Manor Nursing Home and Kindred Hospice for the excellent care of our loved one. A special thank you to Chaplain Domingo Lopez for spiritual guidance in our time of need. God saw you were getting tired, and a cure was not to be. So He put his arms around you, and whispered, “Come go with Me.” With tearful eyes we watched you suffer, and saw you fade away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, your hard working hands put to rest… God broke our hearts to prove, He only takes the best.
