Elizabeth E. Aguirre

Elizabeth E. Aguirre, 90, passed away Tuesday August 28, 2018 surrounded by her family. Elizabeth was born on April 8, 1928 to Marcelino and Juanita Escoto in Yoakum, Texas. Shortly after the family would move to Eden where Elizabeth grew up and attended school. Elizabeth would have to leave school after the 8th grade but would return to get her G.E.D. and eventually her LVN degree. She worked at Shannon Hospital as an LVN for over 26 years before retiring. Elizabeth believed in hard work and lead her family by example raising four children by herself. She loved her family and spent as much time as she could with them. Ms. Aguirre is preceded in death by two sons David L. Ramirez, and John Daniel Ramirez, Grandson Moses Ramirez. Elizabeth is survived by two Children Janey Munoz and Nick Ramirez Jr., Grandchildren Nicholas Ramirez III, Pamela Renee Ramirez, Nicole H. Farmer, Victoria Munoz, Danica Rangel, John Daniel Ramirez Jr., Michelle Ramos, along with 15 Great Grandchildren. A visitation will be held at Harper Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday, August 30, 2018. A graveside service will be held at Fairmount Cemetery at 2:00 PM Friday, August 31, 2018.
