James N. Perkins

James Norton Perkins passed away on February 13, 2017. He was born on April 3, 1931 to James and Bertie Perkins in Texarkana, TX. He served honorably in the U.S. Army in the late 1950’s. He loved to fish, hunt and be in the great outdoors. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Pansy Perkins. He is survived by his sons, Ray Perkins and Roy Perkins, both of San Angelo; and his sister Elta Long of San Angelo. The Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 27, 2017 at Belvedere Memorial Park.
