Nancy Pullen "Toodie" Murphy

Nancy Pullen "Toodie" Murphy, 60, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, September 29, 2017 in San Angelo. Nancy was born June 24, 1957 in San Angelo, Texas to Charlie and Learline Williams Pullen. She grew up in San Angelo and graduated from Central High School in 1975. Nancy held numerous positions during her career as a Tom Green County-State of Texas Employee, most notably as the Court Unit Administrative Assistant for the Concho Valley CSCD (Adult Probation Department), where she retired on January 1, 2016. She became a baptized believer in Christ on July 23, 1987. In her spare time, she loved being at home, online shopping and keeping up with the world through social media. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, one granddaughter, Amor Payne, and 2 brothers, Charles Pullen and David Pullen. She leaves to mourn her loss, but celebrate her resurrection to eternal life, her daughters Jeana Lacy (Derrick), of San Antonio and Fredda Bryson, of San Antonio; her granddaughter, Jaylin Dunn, of San Antonio; her grandson, Makai White, of San Antonio; her brother, Jimmy Pullen, of San Angelo; her sisters, Mae Ella Cummings, of San Angelo, Irene DeVore (Franklin), of San Angelo, Madeline Pullen, of Marlin, TX, Carolyn Greene (Everett), of Oklahoma City , OK and Charlotte Williams (Monroe), of San Angelo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and her special friends, Marie Whitton, Minerva Munoz and Erlinda Valles. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm – 8:00pm, Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Harper Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be at 1:00pm, Friday, October 6, 2017 at Harper Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Pope officiating. Interment will follow at Fairmount Cemetery. The family wishes to express their sincerest thanks and appreciation to all the Doctors, Nurses, and Staff in the ICU at Shannon Medical Center. Special thanks to Nurse Laci who made a lasting impression on Nancy and her family during her multiple hospitalizations.
