Willie C. "Train" Anderson

Willie C. "Train" Anderson, 87, passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 16, 2025. He was born in San Angelo, Texas, the second of six children to Lura J. and Welonia Anderson. After graduating from Central High School, he proudly served four years in the U.S. Navy. He later married Azelia Anderson, and together they raised two children, Verdelle and Jack Lura Anderson. Willie eventually moved to Victorville, California, where he spent his later years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife Azelia, and his brothers Stephen J. and Samuel R. Anderson. He is survived by his children, his sister Ruby L. Molock, and brothers Vernon J. and Marion T. Anderson.
